Application & Usage
- Surface Preparation: Substrate must be sound, clean, and free of dust, grease, or loose particles. Dampen substrate with clean water, but avoid standing water. Apply a bonding slurry coat for maximum adhesion.
- Mixing: Place 5.5–6.5 L clean water into a mixing container. Slowly add 40 kg of Floor Screed Waterproof 303 while mixing. Mix 3–5 minutes until homogeneous. Use mechanical mixer for best results.
- Application: Apply mixed mortar evenly. Compact and level using trowel/straight edge. For sloped screeds, ensure proper gradient. Protect from rain and rapid drying during curing.
- Packaging: 40kg moisture-resistant bags.
- Storage & Shelf Life: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months in unopened packaging.
- Safety & Health: Keep out of reach of children. Use gloves, mask, and eye protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists. Refer to SDS before use.
