Application & Usage
- Surface Preparation: Remove all debris, loose mortar, dust, oil, and other foreign materials. Painted surfaces must be removed prior to the application of Primo Tile Adhesive.
- Mixing: Mix 40kg of Primo Tile Adhesive with 8–9 litres of water. Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer or manually for about 5–6 minutes until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- Application: Spread the adhesive mixture with a notched trowel. After spreading, press tiles firmly into the adhesive bed and tap gently into position.
- Packaging: Primo Tile Adhesive 401 is packed in 40kg bags.
- Storage: Store in a dry place free from excessive moisture. Shelf life: 6 months in original packing.
- Safety & Health: Non-hazardous. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Use protective gloves, mask, and eye protection. Read the latest SDS before use.
- Cleaning of Tools: Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Ensure both the substrate and backs of tiles are clean before installation. Although homogeneous tiles do not need pre-soaking, always remove dust using a damp cloth or sponge.
