Primo Skimcoat 388 – High Quality Cementitious Skim Coat Plaster
Primo Skimcoat 388 is a superior quality cementitious skim coat plaster suitable for skimcoat on concrete surfaces and plaster on cement & sand plaster surfaces. With a specially formulated high-quality composition, it provides a smooth finish on concrete surfaces such as columns, beams, slabs, and lightweight block walls. It also enhances plaster surfaces with improved workability, consistency, water retention, and bond strength. Not suitable for application on painted surfaces.

Application & Usage
- Surface Preparation: Remove all dust, oil, and other traces of foreign materials. For dry or highly absorbent substrates, dampen the surface with water before application.
- Mixing: Mix 40kg of Primo Skimcoat with approximately 11.5 – 12 litres of water. Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer or manually for 5–6 minutes until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- Application: Apply Primo Skimcoat 388 onto surfaces using a steel trowel or spray machine.
- Packaging: 40kg per bag.
- Storage: Store in a dry place free from excessive moisture and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6 months in its original packaging.
- Safety & Health: Non-hazardous. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Use protective gloves, mask, and eye protection. Read the latest SDS before use.
- Cleaning of Tools: Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with water.
